The reason this works is simple: Glenn Williamson and Mike Jaser each bring something different to the table.
Glenn’s strength has always been the business side: marketing, sales, communication, customer experience, quoting, and helping homeowners feel confident from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Mike’s strength is the production side of flooring. Flooring is his world. Hardwood, refinishing, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, tile, prep, installation, jobsite problem-solving, and the science behind getting floors done the right way.
Now, those two strengths are working together through NHV Floors.
Glenn and Mike go way back. They grew up in Milford, Connecticut, went to Foran High, crossed paths at ShopRite, spent time around downtown Milford, and stayed connected long before either of them knew they would end up building businesses in the same local home improvement world.
Over the years, the relationship became more than friendship. Glenn did painting work for Mike. Mike helped Glenn with flooring situations. There were even times early on when Mike helped save the day after flooring issues came up on painting jobs. Glenn trusted Mike because Mike showed up, knew what he was doing, solved the problem, and made sure the customer was happy with the finished result.
That trust is what led to NHV Floors.

He grew up in the flooring trade, learning from his father, and has spent more than 15 years working with hardwood, refinishing, LVP, carpet, tile, and more. He understands the details that most people never see: the prep, the product, the conditions, the installation process, and the small decisions that separate a good floor from a great one.
