Our RECENT PROJECTS

We re not just painters we re partners in transforming your space with quality, care, and long-term value.

We have a $2,500 minimum for all interior and exterior projects due to safety, insurance, and the unpredictable nature of painting work.

The reality is that painting is not a perfectly linear process. Many variables can impact how long a project actually takes, including dry times, humidity and moisture levels, surface conditions, product adhesion, the need for multiple coats, masking, prep work, and unforeseen repairs. What may appear to be a “small” job at first often requires significantly more time and attention once the work begins.

Over the years, we’ve found that a large percentage of so-called “one day jobs” aren’t completed in a single visit. They often turn into two half days or one full day plus a half day, which means sending skilled, well-compensated painters in fully stocked company vehicles back to the project multiple times. This creates additional labor, travel time, setup, and operational costs not accounted for in smaller project pricing.

Because of this, taking on projects below a certain size becomes extremely difficult to manage efficiently. To maintain quality, properly support our team, and operate a sustainable business, we’ve established a $2,500 minimum. This ensures we can account for the real-world variables of painting while still delivering a professional and reliable result.

For small interior projects, we offer a “Painter for a Day” service. This provides one of our professional painters for up to 8 hours to handle touch-ups, punch list items, or miscellaneous interior painting tasks. You direct the priorities throughout the day, making it a flexible, labor-focused option rather than a fully scoped project.



This service includes a trained NHV Painters employee, along with all necessary tools and equipment. However, it does not include project management, guaranteed completion of specific tasks, or more complex work such as areas over 12 feet, scaffolding, or carpentry.

When using Painter for a Day we recommend having all materials on site ahead of time to make the most of the day. If materials need to be purchased, that time and cost will be included within the scheduled hours.

Overall, Painter for a Day is designed to efficiently tackle smaller interior projects, while our $2,500 minimum ensures we can properly account for the many variables involved in larger painting jobs.
